The Bill of Rights is the first ten amendments to the Constitution. These state all the rights of people. The amendments summarize down to the following:
Amendment 1

Congress shall not make laws respecting establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.
Amendment 2

The people's right to bear arms shall not be infringed.
Amendment 3

Soldiers shall not be quartered in any house.
